At Last...

It has taken a while... But today is the day that everything is done; complete; finished...YAY

Our flat looks like home... quite a few changes have happened, dare I mention the fact that we now have the big bedroom and a bed that I can get out of without climbing over the Wonderful Dutchman?

Positive thoughts required

On a personal note, while I worry and stress over Internet connections and beds arriving, getting my studio in some kind of working order, I suddenly have a crash down to earth.

My beautiful Friend has just given birth to her gorgeous twin girls. Unfortunately they have been a bit eager to join our big world, and have arrived at 29 weeks. Joining the party this early has meant they are in intensive care and are a bit poorly.

I am a firm believer in positive thoughts and prayers and was hoping if you are reading this you could send the girls and their proud parents some love and wishes for strength and a speedy recovery.

Sorry!

I just thought i would let you all know that true to form, BT has managed to lose my internet connection again... This means I have no working computer at home....Boo Hiss!

So if you have been trying to contact me via email, im sorry i havent relplied to you. I am hoping with all fingers crossed that BT pulls their finger out and gets me back online soon.

I'm so pleased to say that my darling sister is moving out this weekend....YAY!! Which means the studio come bedroom will soon be a studio come studio!! I simply cannot wait!

Once everything is sorted out, looking gorgeous and tidy I will post lots of photos for you.

but until then the posts might be sparse...forgive me....I will be re-organising and beautifying!

Inspiration, Colour, Lightness, Simplicity.... Divine.

(The Tate Modern strongly disagree in photo taking.... but Monet stole my heart... no flash used...no harm caused....no-one looking! ;) )

Hip Hip Horay....Autumn is here!!

As I opened the window in my studio/still bedroom this morning I smelt it.... That gorgeous crisp chill... The salt in the air.

I heard the russling of falling leaves.... The howl of the wind and the screech of the sea gulls...

I looked at my home and photographed a few of my favorite things in the Autumn light.... my line up of Scotties.... the champagne chairs and table... a silver vase with trailing ivy....

The gourdes of the season looking wonderful with the daffodils of spring.....
